| Did you
know that the Timmermans Brewery was set up in Itterbeek in the Pajottenland?
This brewery, which was founded in 1781, is one of the last remaining traditional
lambic breweries. It still operates today, with the authentic charm and typical
aromas of olden times. On the
occasion of the second edition of the Belgian Breweries Open Day, on Sunday 25
April between 10 am and 5 pm, you can sample, once you have finished visiting
the brewery, the delicious results during a tasting of the house’s beers. One
sample is free, but remember: "Beer brewed with care is to be consumed
carefully."
